Meet Paul, Julie & family
Paul and Julie Bishop are the heart and soul of QB Motors, a family-run business that has been serving the community for over 40 years. Paul, a second-generation owner, took the reins from his father, Keith Bishop, and has since grown the business with a passion for automotive care and engineering.
Outside of the workshop, Paul is an avid dog enthusiast, showcasing his skills and love for canine companions at Crufts. His adventurous spirit extends to off-roading, where he enjoys the thrill of tackling challenging terrain – a testament to his meticulous nature and determination, qualities reflected in his work.
Julie, the backbone of the QB Motors office, has been involved in the business since its foundation in 1982. Her warm and organised approach ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Julie shares Paul’s love for dogs and actively trains companion dogs, a hobby that speaks to her nurturing and compassionate personality.
Beyond the office, she’s a woman of many interests – caring for tortoises, being actively involved in an archery club, and lending her expertise to campervan enthusiasts, thanks to her own experience owning a campervan.
Together, Paul and Julie’s dedication and vibrant personalities make QB Motors a truly family-centred business.
